About Maple Hill Early Learning
Our Philosophy
At Maple Hill we believe children learn through a variety of experiences and mediums. A child should feel safe and nurtured and be free to explore their environment. We as adults should be prepared to provide whatever is necessary to help the child develop socially, emotionally, physically as well as cognitively while using the Rhode Island Early Learning and Development Standards as a curriculum guideline. At Maple Hill, play is the foundation for all learning. We know each child will grow and learn at his/her own pace therefore we will provide a wide range of experiences and activities to meet each level of development and interest.
Our Staff
The quality of a program depends on the quality of the teaching staff. Maple Hill hires only those who meet our high standards of education, experience and understanding of early childhood development. All our staff meets, or exceeds the required qualifications determined by the State of RI. Our staff members are highly trained and dedicated professionals who are passionate about working with children. They undergo rigorous background checks and are certified in CPR and first aid.

Full Day (7:30 – 5:30) Full year
Tuition is paid weekly
Our options for full day are 5 Days, 3 Days or 2 Days
Part Day
September - June
*Tuition may be paid in full or in 10 scheduled payments.
*If tuition is paid in full, you will receive 2 weeks of summer camp at no cost.
Our options for Part Day are MWF 9-1, MWF 9-3,
M-F 9-1, M-F 9-3
T Th 9-1, T Th 9-3

Our Curriculum
We offer a play-based curriculum that is designed to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Our curriculum is based on the Rhode Island Learning and Development standards. To develop our curriculum, we also use our knowledge of early childhood education and developmentally appropriate practice, the interests and skills/abilities of the children in the classroom and assessment information.
